As the summer was drawing to a close, our company organized a rural team-building activity. Breathe in the fresh air, and give each colleague a real break. Around 9 a.m., colleagues arrived at the barbecue site one after another. Some were lighting the charcoal, while others were preparing the ingredients. Everyone had a clear division of labor, and laughter filled the air. At noon, colleagues sat together, chatting and eating, full of the flavor of life. In the afternoon, some colleagues sat together chatting, while others enjoyed the sunbathing nearby. This rural barbecue not only brought everyone delicious food and happiness, but also made the team relationship closer. Where the smoke and fire rose, there were us who love our work; where the laughter echoed, there was a warmer team.
