After entering formal production, each basketball must undergo an air pressure test to detect whether there are problems such as air leakage and nozzle deviation. We have special pressure setting and testing equipment to ensure the quality control of basketballs before leaving the factory.
Secondly, in terms of the appearance of the ball, we perform multiple manual and machine dual quality inspection procedures. The quality inspectors will check whether the ball surface is flat, whether the LOGO printing is clear, and whether there are defects such as degumming, scratches, and dirt.
In addition, we will also conduct manual spot checks on basketballs before they leave the factory, and we also support third-party inspections.
