Our quality control and manufacturing departments work in tandem in each and every phase and process, including the mixing, winding, rubber covering, vulcanization, inspection and packaging process -together they ensure the quality of the final product.
Finish and air leakage problem checks
The JYMINGDE ball defects inspection checks the finish and air leakage problem of each light up balls and gives the detailed report on all possible defects, including the photo and the standard name of the defect. Weight and function checks
We will check weight of a ball at key working process, inspect function of each LED light and require testing certificate of battery before packing. A good light up ball is the one that will go through the client`s playing without causing any difficulties, and will also have the quality to provide his product for the consumer to safely play at night with fun. Therefore, before a light up ball is released for sale from the ball plant, it is essential that it successfully passes an inspection of functional standards set to meet the customer's needs.
